Firstly, the main raw material for crumpled kraft paper is wood fiber. This process starts with wood, which is processed through slicing, steaming, bleaching, etc. to form wood pulp. Wood pulp undergoes a series of chemical and physical treatments to separate cellulose fibers, which are the basic raw materials for making kraft paper.

Next, the cellulose fibers are fed into the paper machine. In a paper machine, fibers are evenly dispersed in water to form pulp. The pulp is gradually dehydrated and forms a wet paper web through a series of rollers and presses. During this process, fibers interweave with each other to form the structure of paper.

Then, the wet paper web undergoes a series of drying and calendering treatments. During the drying process, the moisture in the wet paper web gradually evaporates, making the paper stronger and more durable. Polishing treatment can make the surface of the paper smoother and improve the printing effect.
